Daniel D. Angiolillo

Daniel D. Angiolillo is Of Counsel and oversees the appellate practice at David A. Gallo & Associates, LLP. Mr. Angiolillo retired from the New York State judiciary after twenty years of service. During his final seven years on the bench, Mr. Angiolillo served as an Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, with a designation of Senior/Constitutional member of the court by Governor David A. Paterson in December 2010.

Mr. Angiolillo is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education programs, most recently on Appellate Practice, Judicial Ethics, Domestic Violence, New York Practice, and Health Law/Palliative Care. He presently serves on New York State’s Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee, issuing ethics opinions for over 3000 New York State judges; and is President Emeritus for a New York State not-for-profit devoted to Prader-Willi Syndrome.
